The Bramfords 90-Day Limited Warranty provides added peace of mind on eligible products from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects, faults arising under normal intended use, damaged or defective items, and missing components reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement parts, product replacement, repair, store credit, or a full or partial refund. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper installation. To submit a claim, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
