Our 2.5KW 220V Electric Ceramic Kiln Furnace delivers reliable high-temperature firing for ceramics, pottery, laboratory heating, and small-scale production environments where precise, consistent heat treatment is essential. Designed for ceramic artists, workshops, educational labs, and professional firing applications, this electric kiln combines strong thermal performance with durable insulated construction for dependable repeated use.
Built with mullite insulation material, the kiln is engineered to retain heat efficiently while supporting demanding firing cycles up to 1300°C maximum temperature with a stable 1240°C working temperature. The high-temperature chamber is suitable for pottery firing, ceramic glazing, heat treatment, and laboratory material testing, helping achieve even heating results across a wide range of projects. Powered by a 2.5KW electric heating system, the kiln delivers strong thermal output while maintaining controlled performance for commercial and educational applications.
Its compact yet heavy-duty structure balances manageable installation dimensions with a durable 100 kg build designed for long-term operational stability. The 0.03m³ internal capacity provides practical space for firing ceramic pieces, test materials, and handcrafted pottery without requiring a large industrial footprint. Operating on 220V commercial power compatibility, the kiln integrates easily into workshops, studios, and laboratory environments where reliable electric heating equipment is required.
The mullite insulated furnace chamber helps improve heat retention and temperature consistency during extended firing sessions, making the kiln suitable for pottery glazing, ceramic hardening, and specialised laboratory use. For best long-term performance, operate the kiln in a ventilated area and allow sufficient cooling time between firing cycles to maintain heating efficiency and component longevity.
